The hotel had exceptionally clean rooms with some antique furniture, although a bit small for two people, but with a comfy bed. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were delays due to the receptionist disappearing at times. The location was excellent for exploring Poznań and conveniently close to public transport. The dining experience offered good value for money with nice, albeit old-fashioned decor. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting basic needs.
